by:John LenaghanLet's face it, you are engaged in an ongoing battle when you are afflicted with acne. While acne treatments for a mild case of acne are usually successful, moderate acne is a greater problem. Even dermatologists cannot cure a severe case of acne but can only provide an acne treatment regimen.
However, you can support your acne treatment efforts with proper acne skin care in order to reduce the recurrence of acne flare-ups and not aggravate existing acne.
Knowing What You're Doing
One of the first pieces of advice is to make sure that you understand and follow the directions for any acne remedy that you are using. If you are taking a prescription acne medicine, read the patient leaflet that accompanies the medication carefully. Typically for moderate to severe acne a dermatologist may prescribe several acne medicines, each with its own treatment protocol and directions.

In 2003, I accidentally discovered what causes acne. A single
molecule found in our food, beverages and medications. I have a list
of a couple dozen things to avoid and I assure you, you will control
if, when, where and how bad acne lesions occur. For example, did you
know that acne spots occur in the same place when you eat, or drink
the same item so that you appear to have never ending lesions that
can
last weeks or months? Did you know that despite the massive number
of
special creams, washes, prescriptions and cleansing regimens, all you
need to know is what causes acne so that all you have to do is learn
how to change your diet and never spend another cent on so called
"acne cures". If you need something to clear up pimples/blemishes
virtually overnight, there is a product that was not designed
specifically for acne but once you understand what causes acne,
you'll understand why this product works better than anything on the
market. But, it is far better to know what causes the condition,
including Rosacea, because any drug or preparation will have nasty
side effects.
